Registration GSPC Portal
- At the time of application, applicant must have attained the age of 18 years.
- Applicant must resides or carries on the business or profession of Pharmacy in the State.
- Applicant must have taken admission to College approved by Pharmacy Council of India.
- Applicant must passed approved examination taken by examining Authority approved by Pharmacy Council of India.
- Applicant must have completed Practical Training as prescribed by Pharmacy Council of India.
Renewal Procedure GSPC Portal
The Registered Pharmacist has to renew his/her Registration every year by paying Rs. 100/- (Rupees Hundred Only) (including administrative charges) or every five years by paying Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) (including administrative charges) before 31st March of the concerned year.
The above amount should be paid by Cash or Crossed Demand Draft in favour of “Gujarat State Pharmacy Council” drawn on State Bank of India, Ahmedabad or any Nationalized Bank payable at Ahmedabad along with following documents :-
Re-entry Procedure :
A Registered Pharmacist who fails to renew his/her registration before 31st March of the concerned year, the name of such pharmacist is removed from the Register of Pharmacists in accordance to the provisions of the Pharmacy Act, 1948 and the rules there under.
Procedure to follow if there is change in Registered Name :
A Registered Pharmacist who has changed his/her name or a part of his/her name, he/she should submit an application in prescribed form along with documentation of change or alteration in any part of the name and fees of Rs. 50/- (Rupees Fifty Only) (including administrative charges)

(1) Renewal Application Form
(2) Copy of Renewal Fees receipt for preceding year.

| 7 | For every certified copy of an entry in the Register. | 50/- |
| 8 | For a Duplicate Certificate under rule 70. | 100/- |

| 10 | Charges for Eligibility Certificate/ Good Standing Certificate etc. to a person residing abroad. Revised Fees wef. Feb. 2009 | 1000/- |

Gujarat State Pharmacy Council (GSPC) is a statutory body constituted by the Government of Gujarat under the Pharmacy Act of 1948, consisting of 19 members. The government of India issued a notification entitled Pharmacy Practice Regulations 2015 aimed at enhancing the status and practice of pharmacy profession in the country. The new set of Regulations of 2015 lay down a uniform code of pharmacy ethics, responsibilities of pharmacist towards patient, role of a community pharmacist and drug information and more. The pharmacists are expected to interact with patients, doctors and nurses in educating the patients in a collaborative care model.
