Educational Qualification GPSC Bharti 2025 :
- A bachelor’s degree obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government;
- A candidate who has appeared or intends to appear or awaiting the result of the final semester/year of the required qualification, can apply, but the candidate has to qualify and submit the required qualification as advertised before the last date of submitting the application for mains examination. A Candidate who fails to produce the proof of passing the Bachelor’s degree Examination shall not be eligible for admission to Mains Examination.
- The basic knowledge of Computer Application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules 1967;
- Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.
Age Limit :
- A candidate must have attained the age of 20 years and must not have attained the age of 35 years as on 09/07/2025 Age will be calculated as on the last date of receipt of application.
- Age relaxation as per government rules for reserved categories.

Selection Process :
- Candidates will be selected based on competitive written exam & computer proficiency test.
Application Fee :
- Candidates of General category have to pay Rs. 100/- + applicable postal charges, while Candidates belonging to reserved categories and Economically Weaker Section of Unreserved category of Gujarat state and Ex. Serviceman and P.H. Candidates do not need to fees. While candidates of reserved category of other states have to pay prescribed application fee.
